Duties and Responsibilities

The main purpose of the Professional Development Commission is to carry out in-house and external training activities to assist the professional development of Manisa Celal Bayar University School of Foreign Languages ​​lecturers and to inform the instructors about the external training activities. Other duties of the commission include carrying out the necessary studies to determine the needs of the lecturers and students, and reporting and announcing the results of these studies. The commission is also responsible for ensuring continuity in professional development by preparing a feedback report after each training.
